The things you did just disables IPv6, but did not disable DHCPv6 client. DHCPv6 client will response to the DHCPv6 server. However if you disable IPv6, you should not get an Ipv6 address for your computer. To check the result, just run ipconfig/all and confirm if you have an IPv6 address.
